SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship physical products (Adventure Cards and shirts) to addresses in the United States only. We can’t ship to PO boxes or outside the US.

Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat $6 per order for Adventure Cards and shirts. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 2 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 4 to 6 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
You’ll get an email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Digital products
Itineraries are digital downloads, so there’s no shipping. You can download your itinerary right after checkout, and we also email you a download link within minutes.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address before you order. If you notice a mistake, email aloha@thehawaiivacationguide.com right away. We can’t change an address once an order has shipped, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect address may be re-sent at your cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package hasn’t arrived 10 business days after it ships, or arrives damaged, email aloha@thehawaiivacationguide.com with your order number. We’ll replace it or refund it. See our Refund Policy for returns.
